Everything was wonderful! Just before getting there we had a terrible experience at the Sheraton down the road and my family and I packed up and checked out the same day we checked in .. in the middle of the night we were driving down the road with our elderly mother and our two children and ran into the Comfort Suites. Anthony at the front desk made our terrible night into the best night ever with his exceptional hospitality and reassurance that our stay will be comfortable and our family will sleep comfortably in a nice clean room. The room was beautifully remodeled and decorated. Complimentary breakfast every morning. The price was unbeatable. Our family was more than comfortable there and we would come back in a heartbeat. Anthony made us feel welcomed and put our mind at ease when it came to our families needs.

The hotel is under renovation but it didn't have an effect for our stay. You can see the vision of the updates and it will real nice once it is done. We appreciated the bag breakfast. Don't let the brown bag fool you, there is a great breakfast sandwhich, yogurt, apple and granola bar inside.

The location was nice. Complimentary shuttle to the casino allowed me to let loose. The staff was awesome! Other than one older gentleman who I only seen once at the front desk when asking for forks, he was pretty short with us and didn't seem too happy. The breakfast tasted so good. Eggs were delicious.

I have been coming to this hotel every December for the past 5+ years. I must say, I was left impressed with the renovations (they were starting off when I was here last year). It looks completely different but the quality of staff there has not changed.

breakfast was ok. Make your own toast, waffle, etc. Nothing exceptional but adequate. Bed was comfortable and overall the hotel was clean. Coffeemaker was just ok so we got coffee downstairs. Shower had great water pressure, the best I've had anywhere.

Upon check in I was told that my reservation was cancelled due to Insufficient funds but when I reserved the room it says that I would pay when I get there I told her that I put money on the card after reservation to pay once I get there there was a young lady in training with a supervisor so after I gave her my infinite and swiped my card she said that they were having issues with the card machine and that because my card didn’t have a chip I had to manually enter my card info after I did and everything was good we went to th room and changed clothes and left @ about midnight I checked my phone and noticed that I had a couple missed calls so I called them to see what was needed I was told that my card didn’t go through so I immediately called the bank and checked all recent transactions and it showed that the amount was taken off by the hotel so then I called back and they said that the money didn’t go through on their end and I was saying that the money has been taken off the card and we went back and forth for at least an hour to the point that it totally ruined my family night and the trip because I was told that the money didn’t go through but yet the money was no longer available on my card I have stayed at this hotel plenty of times and never encountered bad customer service until this visit and I was really disappointed I would never recommend this hotel
